By using phimpicks.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You're welcome to read, share links to, and quote short excerpts from our posts with credit and a link back. Please don't copy whole articles, scrape the site, or use it for anything unlawful or anything that interferes with how it runs.

Information only

Everything on Phim Picks is general information, not professional advice. We work to keep it accurate, but products, prices, availability, and release details change, and we can't promise every detail is complete or current. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Check details with the seller or manufacturer before you buy.

Affiliate links

Phim Picks is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Purchases you make through those links are between you and the retailer, under the retailer's terms. See our affiliate disclosure.

Advertising

Our Trending posts show ads served by Google AdSense. We don't control the ads or the sites they link to. Our privacy policy explains how ad cookies work and how to opt out.

Images and copyright

Our text and original graphics belong to Phim Picks. Product and press images belong to their owners and are credited where they appear. They're used to illustrate our coverage and aren't ours to license. If you own an image and want it credited differently or removed, contact us.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Phim Picks isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on its content, or from products or services you buy from third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
